No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from karmaforge.top or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City and County of San Francisco. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and karmaforge.top regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
